So after taking my wife out on the weekend to teach her to drive standard and her proceeding to do it better than I did, the time has come to sell the $500 Saturn SL I picked up 2 months ago.

It’s been fun but it’s time to sell the car and use the money for other fun things :)

Does oppo need a manual SL2? lol

... this is actually pretty tempting. If I manage to find some part-time work soon, I might do it.

Keep me posted, I’m sure I can extend an Oppo discount :)

Thanks, but no worries. Any kid who buys it is probably going to be pretty dang lucky with the work you did on it. $1900 for a car in that shape is a pretty damn good deal.

What’re you planning on replacing it with?

That’s a pretty good question, I have a 2015 Honda Accord Coupe with the CVT, which is pretty good and it’s been a good first year of ownership. But now I’ve got the itch, that bug that we oppo’s get, to buy something else in stick... so I have a quandary: replace the Accord with something else (maybe even another Accord with a 6 speed) or something else fun with the proceeds of the sale (I’m sure I could score a decent prelude or Civic Si for that money). Either way, I’ll need to carefully broach the subject with my wife lol.
